On monday the 16th of March, CloudVPS will change the opening hours for its telephone service desk. Starting on the 16th you can reach us for telephonic support every working day from half past eight in the morning till six in the evening CET.
The opening hours used to be from nine in the morning till seven in the evening. The reason for the change is that we want to adjust to the demand for support from our customers. We used to get a lot of requests for support at the end of the central European business day but recently our customers are asking for support to become available earlier in the day. This is why we decided to shift our opening hours to align with customer demand.
Of course our 24/7 support line will continue to be available in the case of network problems or for servers with Service Level 2 or 3.
