In the event of a network disturbance, we offer 24/7 support. Our entire network is under constant supervision from our monitoring network and we always have people on standby to take any necessary actions.
Customers with their own virtual servers can contact us outside office hours at +31 (0) 10 - 280 90 35 in the case of network disturbances. If there are problems inside your environment outside of office hours you are only allowed to call this number if you have a Service Level 2 on the affected virtual server. For all other cases a start tariff of € 50 for the first 15 minutes will be charged when calling this number.
