What is your extended service level?

Service Level 2 is for people who want to outsource monitoring and system administration to CloudVPS. We will monitor specific services within the VPS and take any necessary actions. In addition to this, two hours of system administration per month are available. This time can be used to resolve general and configuration-related issues or for additional support or performance optimisation. Service Level 2 customers also have access to the 24/7 phone number in the event of urgent problems within their environment. Service Level 2 costs €49.00 per month per VPS.
