Which terms and conditions apply to my VPS?

What is TransIP's uptime SLA?
For VPS, TransIP provides an uptime guarantee of 99.99% per month. We therefore guarantee that you will never be down for more than 4.5 minutes per month. If your VPS is not available for longer than 4.5 minutes, you are entitled to compensation. The compensation can be requested via the control panel and will be deducted from the next invoice.
Where is my data stored?
All your data is stored in the Netherlands. Depending on where you place your VPS this will be in our availability zone in Amsterdam or Delft.
Can TransIP log in to my VPS?
TransIP employees do not have your login details and therefore cannot log in to your VPS.
Like CloudVPS, TransIP meets the strictest requirements for information security and quality management and is ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and NEN 7510 certified. You can view the certificates here.
